The George Blucher House is among the best B&Bs I've ever stayed at. Everything about it is wonderful, especially Tracy who is warm, welcoming, and makes the most delicious breakfasts. It's hard to add anything to all the other praise already heaped upon the place. If you're in Corpus, you should be staying here.
