The facility was typical for an HIE, clean rooms etc. The counter staff and management need to either take customer service training or a job isolated from the public. My family and I had a great stay here on our way to FL. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious for having 5 people stay in it. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
