We stayed here for four days. The location was perfect---close to old town, and the freeway. The room was very nice and clean . Definately would stay again.. The staff was very knowledgable on resturants, sightseeing, and directions, and above all friendly.

This is a two thumbs up, TWO PAWS up review. We REALLY like this Best Western property. The hotel seems like brand new and features cheerful southwestern motifs. We stayed here as it was within walking distance of the Old Town.The rooms were clean enough and the beds comfortable but the hotel could do with an update especially the elevators. Staff was friendly, check in went smoothly, room was clean and bed was comfy. Elevator/s weren't working properly...skipped floors, stopped between floors and were generally very slow. I hate to be negative, but our stay here was not good. There were problems, chief of which was waking up after a 12 hour series of flights only to find that our shower did not work.
