My family planned our trip for here so my husband and daughter could enjoy the water park while I was in business meetings but found when we arrived that the park was only open on weekends (when we were leaving) and the price of our rooms did not include the water park as I had been told by the representative... I good place if you want to get drunk and party all night long. Not so perfect if you want to get some rest. WIFI is connected, but doesn't work. There is a really ancient TV set. No complains about cleanliness of the room.

I brought my children for their birthday and best rate for waterpark for 1 adult and 3 kids, was renting a room at $140 night. I was expecting a better experience but was very poor. The front desk staff were very rude and had no knowledge of hotel etiquette. The room was a non smoking, but smelt horrible walking in... More

BEWARE!!!!! This place is a health hazard and should be shut down, seriously. There is no railing on the balcony, electrical tape covering exposed wires, and holding the batteries in the remote, a serious wreck. Radisson should be ashamed to have their name attached to this property. I for one am mortified that the health department has not shut this... More

Music is blaring from the waterpark area and I am staying across the street at the Hampton inn. Really sucks because it is going on until 2 am and I just want to get some much needed rest right now.

I prefer Marriott hotels always. Their training, appearance, value,  and demeanor is exceptional and exceeds other brands.  However, my family came to this Radisson hotel because of their  huge water park. The front desk associates were the most unprofessional that I have ever encountered for the style and quality of the hotel. The room was nicely decorated and chic, the menu... More

The hotel staff of this establishment is by far one of the very best in friendliness, courteous and helpfulness. What really stands out is that they really treat the Veterans very well. Veterans having appointments at the local VA hospital get substantial discounts on their room rates. Just because of this I have changed my residence while staying in Albuquerque... More

I have paid for "rooms" here for my daughters birthday 3 years in a row. EVERYtime has been nothing but uncomfortable, sleepless, and totally frustrating. I won't go into detail as it is too much to type/read but this year my 12 year old said "they ruin my birthday every year" that's enough for me!!!! This place is terrible.

I stayed there for business and needed a comfortable bed and good working area. I had both and room was clean. My check in and contact with staff was favorable. They are undergoing a remodeling, and exterior and some public areas were in need of attention and there were workers installing new carpet, The hotel has two parts a front... More

OK, to be fair, the waterpark is very special and my 6 year old daughter absolutely loves it. However, the only way to use the waterpark is to be guest of the hotel. People are not allowed to purchase a waterpark pass only. As a result, this hotel benefits from a consistent flow of guests. Perhaps this is why the... More
