I stayed at this hotel last week for 2 days with no problems. Last night, I tried to check in for a 3 night stay, and they put me in a room that smelled like dog or cat urine. The second room was a handicap room that smelled like smoke. The third and final room smelled sour with a stench... More

hotel advertises "Free Wifi." In fact, they do not have WiFi service. They offer speeds around 56k download. You cannot do anything except send and receive email. Web browsing is impossible. To make matters worse, they advertise on the initial welcome/sign in screen an "upgraded bandwidth" for $15 per week (or $3 per night). I had already signed in on... More

We were traveling through and just needed a place to sleep for one night. The hotel room was older, main light in the room was broken, remote for tv broken, one bed appeared not very clean, and it was very noisy! The beds are not comfortable at all (hard as a rock)! If the room doesn't seem clean and things... More

I stayed at the Crossland Economy Studios for two weeks upon first moving to Albuquerque. In my second week, I had to leave town on business, and returned to discover that the door of my room had been left open for two days. Not merely unlocked, but visibly open to the parking lot - I didn't even have to turn... More

I had booked with expedia..which means that I paid in advance for an eight day stay. I arrived around 10:30 @ night, exhausted from about 12 hours of traveling time. I had booked a single non smoking room. When I arrived , a rude and somewhat condescending male desk clerk told me that I was in a smoking room. When I... More

we were in abq rather late. we used hotels.com for an inexpensive place to stay. Crossland Suites was clean, quiet, and inexpensive. four z's out of five for satisfaction. The only thing that would have made it better is free breakfast.

We booked in advance and stayed at the Crossland Economy Studios in Albuquerque, NM for two months while our house was being finished. The hotel clerks as well as management were rude and uncaring. The rooms were absolutely filthy and extremely small. The internet connection was so horrible that most times you could not use it at all. There are... More

We appreciate the feedback from all our guests at Crossland Economy Studios Northeast. We have taken steps to ensure this guests experience is not the normal experience. The property is in the process of receiving room renovations and has gone through the standard exterminating requirements to ensure bed bugs are not an issue for future guests. Bed Bugs can be... I was looking for a cheap hotel room to stay at for a business trip. This one was a good price with good reviews on the internet. I made a mistake in the date when I placed the reservation, but the manager fixed the problem with no hassle whatsoever. I wasn't expecting much for under $40, but was pleasantly surprised... More
