The owners were very accomodating and friendly. Fran gave me great suggestions regarding Rocky Mountain National Park, the main sites I should see and where to hike. It is located very close to the main entrance to the park. The room was quaint and just what I needed! Great for solo travelers. I will definitely stay here again!

We went just before Memorial Day and the place was quiet and nice. The room was clean and was as expected for the price we paid. The only small complaint is that the shower was really small. Overall, nice experience and I would recommend this place to travelers looking for a place close to the park.

VERY clean, very nice Sony HDTV, courteous staff, hot coffee, hot shower, comfortable bed. Posed with many choices, you can not select a better place. Rear unit we stayed in had new siding, new shower, etc. Vaulted ceiling in main bedroom/living area. Very modern. What more could you ask for? Great place with a convenient location.

Very clean, good price; pillows and bedding could be a little better, but overall acceptable. Check-in was easy, easy to get in and out, back into town. Close to restaurants, gas, grocery store and Rocky Mountain National Park. Had a microwave, small fridge, small TV, coffee maker in room.

Location was fantastic- you can't get much closer to Rocky Mountain National Park. It looks like a motel from the outside, but was quite lovely on the inside. I was impressed at all the little details the maid service does that I wouldn't expect from a motel. Staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and cooperative. Will absolutely stay here again.
