I was invited up to spend memorial day weekend with my fiance's family; however, bring up my dog was an issue I was trying to address. My fiance's family had reserved 2 rooms. My fiance was already up there before I drove up and she had confirmed that dogs were allowed. The morning after I arrived, we were all outside... More

We spent a rejuvenating eight days at Inn on Fall River. We were greated by smiling, helpful, friendly hostesses. The river flowed at the back of our deck. Elk grazed right at the railing of the deck. Rocky Mountain National Park was two miles away. We traveled in mid-May. The weather was amazingly beautiful with sun-shiny days and snowy days.... More

Knotty pine wood walls, wall kitchenette, fireplace, patio/balcony. Unit 9 is the end unit across the river with two queen beds and a small living area. Very nice patio with the river about 18 feet away. There is a gas grill on the private patio. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the river.

After a long day in the road we arrived here feeling tired & without a reservation. We enquired about rooms & was offered a selection of keys to rooms. We were given a key to a queen room, a king room & a suite on its own behind the main building. All the rooms were satisfactory & would have suited... More

So glad that you found us! I love the fact that you were able to have a nice selection of rooms to choose from. It is nice to hear that you were able to use all the amenities that the suite had to offer-Sorry about the lack of a salad bowl. I recently went and purchased a new set of... More

I booked a unit at Inn on Fall River within two weeks of our Estes Park Labor Day trip. Paula was very helpful when I made the reservation and I was very specific the accomodation my wife and I were looking for. She explained that unit #7 recently came open due to a cancellation and it was a top floor... More

I am sorry that you were less than pleased with your accommodations at the Inn. While we would have loved to have moved you to a more suitable unit it was just not possible. You arrived on a Saturday and our Inn was booked completely with most guests arriving on Friday of that weekend. While we try to accommodate your... More

My husband and I came upon the Inn by accident and we've been back several times. The people that work there are so nice and informative. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Estes Park! I would recommend it to anyone!

Cabin/unit # 16, 2 bdrm, 1 bath Friendly & informative owners & staff A cozy, clean, well-equipped cabin on the south side of river-away from hwy noise. While the outside is very plain and in need of a bit of painting & minor repairs, the inside has the warm feeling of an old style mountain cabin with a wood-burning fireplace... More

My wife and I stayed at the Inn of Fall River for three days in September 2011. The hotel is good (no AC so watch for summer). The people are absolutely amazing - the best. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a cabin with the river running beside it. We sat on the porch and watched the river and fed the chipmunks. Very relaxing and good locaiton to National Park and other activities. The people who own it are extra friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there if I am in the area again.

We stayed in cabin 16 for seven nights and really enjoyed our stay. It was just great to sleep at night and hear the rushing water along side our cabin. My son is a Park Ranger at Rocky Mountain State Park and the Inn is only three miles from the Park. The cabin had a gas and charcoal grills so... More
