Great little cabin, nestled between the road and a mtn. 1 bdroom cabin with living room and kitchen. Not one negative to report, service was great. When we arrived we opened all of the windows to see an Elk standing 5 feet from our room. Our 3 yr old daughter loved it. Would go back in a second and stay... More

We have been coming to Sunnyside Knoll Resort for many years now. When we first started coming it was a couples only resort. The old owners were great people, and were very friendly. The new owners are equally friendly. We have always enjoyed the people at the resort. We consider this resport "our" place when ever we come to Estes... More

This was our third stay here - the owners are terrific & the cabins are so comfortable. We stayed in Cabin #9 with our 2 dogs, they settled in before we did :). Wood fireplace & outdoor hot tub were both amazing & really enhanced our visit this time - since it was in February, it was still cold &... More

My wife and I re-lived our honeymoon experience by returning to the Sunnyside Knoll Resort for our 25th Anniversary. We enjoyed the privacy of the secluded Cabin #18. The spacious deck, BBQ grill, kitchenette, in room hot tub and roominess of the accommodations were phenomenal. We will be back for years to come.

Went to Estes 2012 NYE weekend. Stayed at Sunnyside Knoll because they allow dogs. From check in to check out it was a great place. The clerk was cheerful, helpful, friendly and accomodating. The cabin, although quite small was very nice. We had a HUGE jacuzzi in room. We only used it once but the jets worked great and it... More

We stayed in Cabin #6 with our two dogs. The cabin was very clean, roomy and made us feel at home. We had a private outside hot tub that was perfect when it was snowing. The staff was very friendly. We highly recommend!

Really nice place, and really nice area to stay in. Room was clean, but needed some long overdo maintenance- the screen door stuck, the faucet on the Jacuzzi was messed up. There was no AC, which was fine, except for the first night which was really hot. Other than that, it is quaint, romantic, and the staff was very friendly.

My husband and I recently stayed for 6 nights in the Deluxe Spa Suite 18. Overall we thought the suite was nice and enjoyed our stay. The furnishings are very updated, it was decorated very nicely and the jetted tub is very nice! On their website it says the tub is for two but it is a lot more spacious... More

Pet friendly with amazing views. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin (#17) and had my wife's parents with us along with my 2 boys and our dog. The cabin is a bit worn but is easy to relax in. Full kitchen so you don't have to order off a menu the whole time you're in Estes. Private hot tub... More
