Very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. We had a room with 2 double queen beds, sofa, tv, and kitchenette. Very clean and nice. I surprised my hubby for his 40th birthday with a night up in Estes with the hot tub room. It was great. The only issue was that there wasn't a TON of privacy on the deck with the hot tub. The other deck was right next to ours. The staff was REALLY helpful and gave great suggestions.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Wildwood and it has been wonderful both times. Nice and quiet, very clean and wonderful customer service, especially by Kyle. Lots of wildlife roaming the property and beautiful views from the hot tub on the upper deck. Highly recommend.
