Clean but old and worn. The young staff people were nice. So was the elk herd in the court yard at dawn. The bed was awful. The place was over priced.
Waaayyy overpriced. Very old run down rooms. No way near worth what they charge for the rooms.
My comments are completely referring to the Suites that this hotel offers. We did not plan on staying here but it was too cold to camp and all the rooms in town were pretty booked up so we ended up staying in a suite room at this hotel. Though it offers everything you expect in a suite; multiple rooms, fireplace,...

My family and I stayed here over the Labor day weekend and it was extremely disappointing. When we walked into the room the odor about knocked me over. We had a pet friendly room that had more hair stuck in the floor then my dog has on her body! I found dead moths and used bands in the bathroom and...

I had a good experience with this motel. It was clean and the bathrooms were new. It wasn't a 4star, but it wasnt advertised as such. It was clean located in a decent area, so if you are looking for a clean and cheap place come here. Desk clerk was nice, and it was a good stay all in all....

One of worst places I ever stayed.
I made a one-night online reservation because I was afraid that all the motels in Estes Park would be full during the heart of the tourist season. We arrived at 3:30pm and were told our room would not be ready for another 1.5 hours. Both my wife and I were tired from a...

We decided to stay spur of the moment in Estes Park last weekend. We quickly realized we were not the only ones with this idea. The first two hotels we tried were booked. We were leery of the hotel upon walking in but felt a bit desperate. The "lobby" was cluttered in every corner. Very clearly run by disorganized people....

This was the worst place we have ever stayed and it was highly overpriced for what you get. The room had an old window a/c unit behind the heavy curtains. The mattresses didn't have mattress covers. The housekeeper apparently forgot the ice bucket, cups, facial tissues, etc. Had to ask for all of those. The continental breakfast which was slim...

This was the worst place we have ever stayed! We booked on the internet and were totally deceived! Our room was dingy, smelly, dark, dirty and depressing. There was no iron, air conditioner, and the "hair dryer" was something out of an 50's movie. The pool was filthy, the hot tub didn't function, the "guest laundry" was a disgusting old...
