Bad experience back in November but since stayed 2 more times since then. Pleased to report that my bad experience was not repeated and hence the rating upgrade but mgt/staff needs to realize that the 1 bad experience had me staying at other area hotels (Hilton, Marriott, Westin) and all were just as good as the Courtyard.
