We spent 4 nights at the West Quoddy Head Light Station in September, 2012. This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and what a value for your tourist dollar! We stayed in the Washington room in the lodge. It was simply and comfortably furnished with spectacular views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset, and the off-season... More

Got there during a rain storm but were glad to go inside the keeper's cottage and enjoy the warmth. Great lighthouses to see in several locations and the quaint village itself on the cusp of Canada. Fantastic hiking and night time visits to the coast. We will return one day for sure.

I'm not sure why the owners call this a B&B... the only breakfasts we found there were the ones we made ourselves. Come prepared. The closest grocery is in Lubec. Otherwise, it's an offbeat, interesting, and simple place to stay in a lovely area. It's more like a personalized and woodsy summer camp. We called them only a week before... More

My husband and I just stayed at West Quoddy Head Light Station. While the drive from Vermont there was long, our Keeper's Cotage accommodations was the most welcoming site. Bill, our host, was gracious and was able to answer all of our questions and direct us to what we were looking for. Our primary reason for the trip was to... More

My husband and I were encouraged to visit the Eastern most point in the USA and found this spot a perfect getaway. We stayed in the "Keeper's Cottage" which has been newly built and kept to the exact specifications of the original keepers cottage. It has 2 bedrooms a small beautiful kitchen, living room/dining room and bathroom of course with... More

My husband and I stayed here September 5 - 8, 2012. We stayed the first two nights in Washington on the second floor. LOVED IT! The views are beautiful from the outside deck. The room was large and it was very nice having a full kitchen, although we used it very little. The third night we were moved to Yeaton... More

We stayed here one night while heading up to the maritimes. It's a perfect base to check out Campobello Island and lighthouses in the area. We booked the jefferson room on the second floor. It was huge and had a full size fridge and kitchen. There are great views from the deck outside the room although it's not totally private.... More

Our family loved it. We stayed in the Jefferson room. Didn't have much a view but that was because of the fog. Hotel had no control over that. It was great to have the kitchen so we could feed 2 teenage boys without going broke. Easy to get to Lubec and Campobello Island.

The restored Coast Guard station was just right for our party of seven adults on a swimming adventure. We had two suites and made out fine. It was a little crowded, and lacked some privacy, but our group did not mind. Probably better for families than just friends. Friendly guests in the other units added to the fun. This is... More

Just got back from spending a week here. Weather was foggy most of time, but just travel a few miles inland for beautiful weather. Views were amazing when the fog cleared. I have stayed in Lubec before and the fog is typical, but doesn't deture from having a great time. Station has had plenty of room to spread out our... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
My 2012 reconstruction of the 1808 West Quoddy Head Light Keepers House Keeper's Cottage has been receiving guests and fine reviews since early May. The landscaping is underway. The interior has 2 separate Queen bedrooms, living/dining, kitchen and bath. WI-FI, DirecTV, telephone. The interior is authentic with many antique accessories. The view is unbelievable, definitely equal to or better than the Station House. The KC is just below the Lodge. ... more   less
