Driving solo, cross-country (East-West) car trip. Normally stop in Tucson, AZ. First time stay at the Super 8 located down the road from the main entrance to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Requested non-smoking. Assigned to a room which reeked of smoke even though designated as non-smoking. Returned to Front Desk and was assigned the room for individuals with physical handicaps....
