The rates are very reasonable. The room was very clean, the carpets had obviously been recently shampooed. The bathroom was small, but in good shape. This Super 8 is not up to the standards of others we have used especially for the $100+ rates for the NCAA crowd, we expected a lot more. The room was generally clean, but well worn.
