After check-in, I found stained bed-linens and a stained comforter on the bed. First, let me say that I find this simply inexcusable. Modern laundries can clean nearly anything and what can't be cleaned can easily be spotted and discarded since hotel bed linens are typically white. I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past years. the rooms are spacious and comfy. The lobby is starting to look outdated, everything is in good condition, but the marble floor is showing its age. The location is perfect, close to the freeway, fiesta texas & la cantera. I will definitely continue to stay there.
