Room was a good size and clean. The restaurant was excellent and the lobby was comfortable. The hotel is located in the middle of the bars and restaurants on the river and the hotel is located near the Alamo. Jose Rosales checked us out and he was very helpful and pleasant

i stayed at this hotel for 1 week and it was great and the location was outstanding. it was next to the river walk and resturants. the service from the hotel cannot justify my enjoyment staying there.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio. The service was great and all the hotel personnel were exceptional. Dallas and Jose went above and beyond with their help. The restaurant was very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The best thing is you step out the rear doors onto the riverwalk. I will stay here again.
