This is a very large RV park. It has room for any size RV - big or small - with lots of pull throughs. There are full hook-ups as well as water & electric only AND tent sites as well as cabins. Mostly gravel and most are quite level. The restrooms are clean - 4 shower stalls in men's and... More

Having lived in Santa Fe for over a decade, we were picky about where we stayed when visiting again in our RV. Rancheros de Santa Fe provided a pleasant experience. The campground was clean, the sites were already close to level, the trees and shrubs provided privacy between sites, and we enjoyed the overall experience. Stay was friendly and the... More

Your first view of Rancheros de Santa Fe may be a bit off putting. This is not your normal concrete pad back to back belly to belly campground. We reserved adjoining spots for two, and we are more than pleased with our sites. We have motorhomes, therefore do not use the bathrooms and showers at the park. Personal preference, we... More

We were at Ranchero de Santa Fe in July 2012, we went into the office to check in and a lady helped us, I told her how many nights we were staying she told me how much money it was and I gave her our DEBIT card, (big mistake) she ran the card thru and I assumed everything was OK... More

We were only here for two nights but really enjoyed the feeling that you were in a setting similar to a national park but with all the amenities a full hookup, nice campground can provide. The check-in staff were a little stand-offish relative to other parks we've stayed in but the restrooms were well taken care of, the sites were... More

We had been camping at National Parks so this was a nice transition. Not a concrete park. We had nice privacy on an outer loop (numbers in the low 40s). If people had been in the adjoining campsites it would have become a bit crowded. The walk to the restroom was a bit confusing, but made shorter by cutting through... More

My husband and I and our friends were very disappointed in the condition of the campground. It was very dirty, lots of dead brush laying around, picnic tables with rotted seats and tops, trash all over the group area, exposed sewer pipes with no covers, major ruts in the roads and in the sites, we had to move our motorhome... We stayed here in June and it was delightful. (The roads are dirt however, so I was wondering what it would be like if it was raining - very muddy I'm sure.) It is older and I thought very charming. The ladies working there were very friendly and offered us lots of suggestions. Our site was fine. There are older... More

I didn't even get a chance to go Rancheros de Santa Fe, and I sure won't go now. BEWARE: I cancelled well within their 24-hour policy, but apparently the person I spoke to on the phone didn't write it down, and they still charged me. When I called, they refused to reverse the charge. I even sent my phone bill... More

Campground located nice under old trees, good for tenting if it don't rain. But if you have a coach or fifth wheel over 30 feet with slided, don't go here. You don't have any room left to walk around your rig when you are on a (unlevel) pull thru, and if you are in the older part of de campground... More
