My husband and I wanted to have a relaxing getaway to Santa Fe and ended up staying in the Hacienda section of the Hotel Santa Fe. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, staff, and amenities. We travel quite often and always stay in very nice hotels and this did not disappoint. The... More

We stayed at the Hacienda part of the Hotel Santa Fe for eight nights. Overall we had a great time there. In choosing it we were influenced by its high ranking on Trip Advisor and, despite some minor annoyances, we were not disappointed. The location is good, being not too far to walk to most attractions in Santa Fe. There... More

The service was ok. Not very impressed. We had a "butter" as part of our suite...unfortunate we never meet him. the breakfast was good. overall i would say it's nice...the place was clean and the staff was pretty nice.

There are so many hotels to choose from in Sante Fe, it is hard to pick one. We went on the recommendation of a friend. You cannot do much better than this one. Great service, rooftop breakfast, shuttle service, and very comfortable rooms. Pool area was nice. Did not try restaurant...we went to the Plaza area for dinner via shuttle... More

Stayed at the hacienda. Room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Butler service is a joke (just a glorified front desk attendant). Don't expect much with turndown service. They literally will make the bed leave the pillows a mess. Hotel is pretty noisy. Be careful, they charge a $15 daily resort fee for items that they tell you are... More

Well! Well! Mr. and Mrs. Ehhh! I am sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay as we do pride ourselves on taking great care of guests as you can see from most of the other past guests who have written to tripadvisor.com. The Hacienda can not yet be considered old as it opened in the Fall of 2011. I guess... More

My family of four spent three wonderful nights at the Hacienda & Spa at Hotel Santa Fe. It was my daughters' Spring Break from elementary school. Upon check-in we were greeted warmly and offered a free shuttle ride downtown as we were early for check-in. We happily decided to walk to strech our legs and found that the shuttle was... More

Every January 30 for the past seven years we have stayed at this hotel on our way to Scottsdale, AZ We appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the close-in parking, the in-house restaurant, & excellent housekeeping services. This year we were especially happy to be upgraded into a spacious fireplace suite in the Hacienda & Spa area of the hotel and enjoyed... More

I booked a trip to Santa Fe as a surprise gift for my husband at Christmas and after much thought, settled on the Hacienda portion of The Hotel Santa Fe. The room ( a fireplace suite) was very nice...I will say the only disappointment I had was that when I booked ( and during two separate telephone conversations), the reservationist... More

How naughty of us to suggest to confirm that your suite in The Hacienda would have vigas when only a very few are fitted out this way. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I have already spoken to our reservation agents. Thank you for your kind words and I am so happy to learn that you enjoyed... More

Large, clean rooms with excellent housekeeping services - nice! Free Wi-Fi and coffee/tea in lobby - nice! Comfortable bed with great, quiet climate control w/wall thermostat - nice!
