We stayed at the Hacienda part of the Hotel Santa Fe for eight nights. Overall we had a great time there. The service was ok. Not very impressed. We had a "butter" as part of our suite...unfortunate we never meet him. the breakfast was good. overall i would say it's nice...the place was clean and the staff was pretty nice.

There are so many hotels to choose from in Sante Fe, it is hard to pick one. We went on the recommendation of a friend. You cannot do much better than this one. Stayed at the hacienda. Room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Butler service is a joke (just a glorified front desk attendant). Don't expect much with turndown service. They literally will make the bed leave the pillows a mess. Hotel is pretty noisy. Be careful, they charge a $15 daily resort fee for items that they tell you are...

I booked a trip to Santa Fe as a surprise gift for my husband at Christmas and after much thought, settled on the Hacienda portion of The Hotel Santa Fe.
