Yes, it looks like a motel on the outside, but the rooms are very nice, and the common areas are as nice as you'd find in a much more expensive hotel. Breakfast buffet is included along with parking, wifi, and the kind of service you'd expect at a B&B. At less than half the cost of some of the more... More

The room was spacious, clean and very well kept. Right in the center of SAF - walking distance from the heart of the city. I loved the breakfast which is very helpful to start the day in a relaxed mood. On the downside, WiFi reception in my room was rather poor. Staff is very personable, and in particular Matt and... Great location; staff members very helpful; exceptional breakfast; reasonable rates. Quality of the property and staff were excellent. They even loaned us unbrellas for the rainstorm!

The room was just ok, and the service was very friendly. The issue was when we had a Wifi problem. The front desk didn't know what to do or who to call. For 2 days they said they would let maintenance know, but nothing was done. Other than having to go sit in the lobby for Email the place was... More

We travel quite a bit and stay in hotels that are moderate to high end. There is something special about coming back each year to Old Santa Fe Inn though. It is small and personable like a B and B and yet private like a larger hotel. The staff is personable, the rooms are comfortable and the heart of Santa... More

The Old Sante Fe Inn is conveniently located, clean, and the breakfast burrito bar is great. Their website presence convinced me to book a deluxe queen 3 months before our trip, with an added booking note that requested a balcony room. When we arrived we were assigned room 6 - no balcony, no kiva fireplace, directly beside the busy Galisteo... More

We booked a deluxe suite and it certainly was deluxe. The decor was elegant and comfortable. We had a separate sitting room which was great for our five-night stay. There is a free breakfast bar in the morning, and at 4 pm there are fresh cookies, coffee and tea available. The bathroom had a jetted tub and a separate vanity... More

I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel in the upcoming month of June as the reviews on Trip Advisor were so wonderful. But I had such difficulty with reservations that I canceled and selected another hotel to stay at. The customer service I received seemed like a bad omen that I didn't want to risk having a... More

I have thoroughly investigated this complaint, and found it baseless. When I talked with the woman who posted this review, she admitted that she was having occasional email trouble. I suspect this is why she did not receive the several emails we sent to her. Also, she lists an incorrect email address for us in her posting above, and we... More

My wife and I traveled to Santa Fe for our 41st wedding anniversary. We usually have reservations but the nature of this trip didn't seem to lend itself to that. I knew we wanted someplace special to commemorate our commitment and we found it! Excellent service from both Matt and Alex and the front desk and the rest of the... More

The staff at the Old Santa Fe Inn seem to go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. They are cheerful and helpful in every way, and we felt like family members. The rooms are lovely, the Inn is well located, the breakfast buffet is great, but what makes the Inn truly exceptional is the staff and their... More
