I was waken up by feeling something is biting me and it turn out to be bed bugs. Their front desk is really helpful to get us another room in one of another motel owned by the same owner. This is really a bad and painful experience.

Okay for the price and as a last resort. AC didn't work correctly, shower didn't work, paint and cleaning would certainly help spruce up the environment. Breakfast is something to skip. Location and front desk help was the only plus.
Sometimes you get more than what you pay for, and this was one of those times. I have never stayed at this hotel before, but will stay there again. The room was nicely laid out, VERY Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Able to offer assistance with finding a good restaurant and offering suggestions...

Room was well cared for, bright colors, and a lovely little "home office" area with a nice modern "L" shaped desk. Didn't have time to use the internet, but they do have wifi there. The bed was wonderful - very firm and super comfortable. The breakfast is not much, but there's a Village Inn really close. For $64 for two...

Ohh, there's a pool! Nope, not really, it's covered in July for some reason, but it looks nice in the pictures. Oh, but there's a continental breakfast! A roll and a cup of juice, that's it. No cereal, no fruit, no pastries. Just a roll and a cup of juice. Five dollars extra for the second person in the room...

The room is comfortable with no chemcal smells. The management is very accomodating, helpful and flexible. The rooms were redone 3 years ago and are in good shape. The complimentary breakfast is minimal, but its microwave is handy. Wireless internet, tv and AC work great and the price is right.
Its not a Marriott by any means but they execute just the basics very well. I had read some of the reviews both positive and negative and decided to book and take a chance as the price was $40 bucks. I was given a deluxe king room which actually to my surprise had a very thoughtful layout that had an...

It doesn't matter how many stars a hotel/motel has, ALL of them have the normal stuff: beds, bathrooms, tv, desk, chairs etc. This hotel has no desk; instead where the desk should be, is a large empty space. Seems to me that the hotel is too lazy to provide the basic amenities in the room. If you're here to plop...

We chose this property because of the TA comments, price and being dog friendly. We were pleasantly surprised at the renewed furnishings, wall coverings and carpeting. The staff was uniformly friendly.
It is located on the Santa Fe's main drag from the interstate to the old part of town. Thus, it is not convenient to the Plaza and environs.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Santa Fe, NM. We "happened upon it" late at night hoping to find a place with a good deal. It was right on the street coming into town on HWY 14, nestled between other higher priced places. It was the price on the sign that caught our eye....
