Adobe Abode was the appropriate place to be in old Santa Fe... in synch with our expectations of a visit to New Mexico. The room (Bronco) decorating was unique and worthy of our 3 night stay. Terrific, large bath. The owner/proprietor, Nellie-Joy, is an upbeat attentive host and a superlative breakfast chef. The only suggestion for improvement would be that... More

I stayed at the Adobe Abode in late May 2013 and loved the experience. The location wouldn't have been more perfect; very quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to museums and restaurants. Our hostess was the most welcoming and sweet person I have met in a long time. She helped us plan our days over breakfast and all her recommendations... More

First B&B experience for me! What a wonderful place to immediately feel at home. Everything about Adobe Abode was welcoming and clean, from the opening of the gate to the property. Nellie has made a home away from home for anyone. The location is perfect for getting around, yet tucked in a neighborhood of quiet. Breakfast is delicious every day... More

We loved this place. We stayed in the Hacienda Grande and it exceeded our expectations. We loved having coffee on the patio and the privacy as a whole. The owner, Nelly-joy worked with us to make sure our stay was perfect in advance. The location was walking distance to everything and the place itself felt like Santa Fe. Our main... More

I have stayed at the Adobe Abode two times. The owner and hostess, Nellie, is wonderful and makes the stay very pleasant. Our room was very clean and comfortable and easily accessed. The breakfast food was very good and well served. The location is excellent and a very close walk to the central plaza. The yard has some nice spots... More

We really enjoyed our stay and it was a short walk to Santa Fe plaza. The food was good and was represented in a charming way. The host Nelly was very personable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio after fun filled day enjoying all the museums that Santa Fe has to offer.

I booked this b&b without knowing much about Santa Fe and found it was on the same block as the the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and right next to the plaza. My room was wonderful. When I got there, I was traveling alone, and was travel weary. When I found the place (they gave great directions), I called the owner who... More

We wanted a place that was walking distance to the central area of Santa Fe. This was perfect. Set on a quiet residential street, Adobe Abode is four easy blocks to the plaza. The rooms are charming, clean, comfortable and none are "cookie cutter"decorated. Nelly Joy is a gracious and efficient hostess plus she will start your day with a... More
