We had a nice staff at this hotel, but were underwhelmed by the welcome and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is located on the outskirts of Santa Fe (in a largely retail area). The hotel has a nice-looking swimming pool and jacuzzi (but we didn't have time to use it). Good wifi... More

After not being able to phone from our room to make an important outside call (via phone card), we notified the front desk and was told that there was nothing that could be done except receive a discount on our stay (25%). Before we left, I asked whom should we call if someone needs immediate emergency assistance: to which she... More

Over-night stop on way to Wolf Creek. 1st room we were given had blood on the bedding and the tv wasn't working. Our 2nd room had a beer tab stuck to the ceiling, a chair was torn with lots foam showing on the arm, and cigarette burns on the bedding.  Breakfast... We had to wait a long time for eggs... More

My wife and I, along with some friends, stayed here on our way west. The lobby was very inviting, with a big fireplace. Our room was clean, although it looked well used, and the bed comfortable. There was a patch on the bathtub, where it apparently had been cracked. The pool looked very nice, though we didn't use it. The... More

I took a group of youth to Santa Fe for a visit to the State Legislature and we stayed at this hotel. The pool is open late, which is great when you have kids with you. The breakfast was pretty good, there was a variety of items so all the students were satisfied. I am a coffee snob, and this... More

We spent a night at the Comfort Inn while passing through Santa Fe and found it an ok place-- not fancy, by any stretch, but clean and comfortable. The good: lots of parking, easy to find, and a great breakfast, plus a nice fireplace in the lobby to greet you. Room was clean and everything appeared to be functional. No... More

Very comfortable suite with two queen size beds and sitting area. Enjoyed the warm breakfast and loved the jacuzzi since they have the jacuzzi area open until midnight. I was happily surprised with the buffet breakfast since they have a large variety of hot and cold items for your selection. Loved it!

The motel is 80's vintage. Dim lighting in hall ways. Rooms very old and smelled bad. The staff were clueless when checking in and checking out. On check in the staff told us to use a separate entrance other than the front of the hotel to get to our room with the luggage. We tried it but you would have... More

Wefound the room to be large, and clean. Nicely appointed. Plenty of TV stations, and fridge and coffee maker. The spa was nice, and they had an exercise room, which we didn't use.The nice suprise was breakfast, which included sausage and eggs, They also had hot waffles, and a good selection of fruits and cereal plus muffins and toast. We thought... The only downside to the hotel was it was tricky to get back into the parking lot when coming from downtown due the the way the roads were configured. Once you learned the way, however, it was no problem. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for directions and recommendations for things to do and to do or places to dine. They... More
