We stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 daughters. Perfect hotel for families. Old world charm. We walked to everything in town from the hotel. The lobby is like an indoor plaza with a restaurant, bar, and lots of action. The concierges there are the best in town.

I am currently staying at La Fonda. The room is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I used to stay here on business in the 90's and had fond memories. I am sorry to say that La Fonda has aged badly. Our room is TINY, very tired and nasty. The bathroom floor has not been cleaned in weeks.... More
