The hotel is old and a little downtrodden but the owners make a great effort. Terrific location for spending time in Sequoia.
Provided you do not pay a big price you will be fine.
The grounds lead right down to the river and the views are terrific. Breakfast was decent and the location is peaceful and secluded.

Stayed for 2 nights over easter, very impressed with the place. The hosts Dan and Sharon made us feel at home and the breakfasts were some of the best we've had on our travels. Lovely situation by the river and just about 15 minutes drive to Park entrance. Thanks again for a very enjoyable stay!
Very good place, near the Sequoia National park as well as few restaurants. The room is large, everything was clean and we had access to a small fitness room, sauna and outside swimming pool! You even have a free continental breakfast included in the price. This hotel is worth it's price.
