Noise on first floor is unacceptable. Hostess./owner needs both charm and business savvy. Very adversariale and phony. No hot breaksfast. Tile floors in hallway resound to noise at all hours, especially when the owner is wearing stilletos. It's nice enough if you need to be near the hospital.

I spent a very pleasant evening at Naomi's Inn when I was visiting Baystate Children's Hospital (located right across the street). The room was large and comfortable with a sitting area and period furniture. Marci, the innkeeper, was extremely friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere delightful. I was a little nervous about staying at a B and B but Marci the innkeeper made me feel very comfortable,my room was immaculate and she had my breakfast ready at 7 am so I made it to my meeting on time.I plan to stay there everytime I'm here for business.
