This "Hotel" was the worst we stayed in in our whole trip. The rooms were dated, none too clean and really needed refurbished. That, however, paled into insignificance when you take into consideration the proximity of the railway line, where trains honk every 20 minutes day and night. If you stay here, you'll need some sturdy earplugs! You have been... More

We stayed for two nights as part of a week long trip to AZ and the Grand Canyon. The property is definitely old. They have tried to renovate it, but some of the choices are, shall we say, questionable. Every room has a name and is designated some sort of "suite." There is a quartz counter top on the disgusting... More

We stayed at Aspen Innsuites @ Flagstaff a week ago. I had my reserves but some of the reviews were good. However, my experience was not the best. The whirlpool didn't worked at all, and it was leaking so we had the noise all night long. Talking about noise, be aware that you're close to the train station and you... More

This an older hotel and a little worn... but the staff is awesome! Maria at the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. The beds are comfortable, and the morning breakfast was good. Since we were there for NAU Graduation, we weren't there just to hang out in the room. Just needed a place to rest. Great value... More

I guess you could say we were warned, but we just needed a place to stay overnight on our way to the Grand Canyon. Previous reviews were accurate. We heeded the advice of past reviewers and asked to be in the "renovated" part of the motel. We had two rooms, so this is not a a review of a single... More

Don't be fooled by the website this place is nothing more than average for this type of accommodation it is a motel not a hotel. It turns out that there are quite a number of "presidential suites" which are in fact two room knocked together. Very dated and you just don't get the feeling that it is clean probably because... We stayed overnight in a Presidential Suite. It was fine for the price. The motel is older and there is plenty of wear and tear on the walls, furniture, appliance, but it was clean, quiet and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful after hiking the Grand Canyon. The bed was very comfortable as well. The free breakfast was great with eggs,... More

The price was what convinced us to stay here but we were also pleased with the professional level of checkin/checkout that we received, the free breakfast offered a great selection, and staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The free WIFI worked without any problems; the complimentary water was appreciated, and access to a fridge helped to cool our drinks (although... More

I hate staying in motels that have the door to your room on an outside walkway, but I felt secure here!! We were able to keep an eye on our vehicle easily too in the compact but not crowded, well lit parking lot. The customer service at the front desk was very pleasant and professional upon checkin and checkout, so... More

Hotel Aspen is a MOTEL with a few hotel bolt-ons. I got such a great price online that I knew it couldn't be as great as it claimed itself to be. It's a decent bargain motel though. The free breakfast rivals what's offered at hotels for twice the price, the wifi worked without a hitch, the free bottle of water... More
