This is not a bad hotel, and the price is ok, but I was just not overly impressed. I travel to Flagstaff frequently on business and would like to find something at a decent price that I like. This is decently priced but just ok. It has allot of the amenities you expect at a Springhill, and the staff was... More

Definitely not clean...the bathrooms needed help, the microwave had food in it, the floor had a HUGE black stain of some kind of spill. The front desk was not very friendly. The breakfast was good and they did keep our two lost stuffed animals for a week.

I stayed here with my family, including my 3 yr old and my 9 mo old, on a trip from New Orleans to LA. We had been staying in some pretty crappy hotels in the middle of nowhere so we decided to spring for a nicer hotel in Flagstaff and we were so glad we did. The service was excellent... More

this hotel is very used and in need of major cleaning. i stay in Marriott hotels four nights a week and I will pass this one up in the future. i think that someone might have been murdered on the couch in my room. seriously, skip this hotel!

First morning, hotel had no hot water. They had to reset the breaker for the water heater. Nearly missed our shuttle to The Grand Canyon because their, "shuttle," (a taxi service they use) was 20 minutes late-even though they were called half an hour in advance. The hotel would not call another taxi company. We came back to our room... More

The hotel apparently is a former Hyatt Place property, and although it has gotten a makeover not much has been updated. One of the greatest complaints easily is the severely over-chlorinated swimming pool, followed by what seems to be bathrooms in need of desperate attention. A good stop for those looking to earn/and or redeem Marriott Reward points, however the... More

Stayed here one night this month and was not disappointed. Friendly greeting on arrival and a phone call from the front desk after we had checked in to find if everything was to our liking and asking if we needed anything. Ample room, nice beds and the pool was small, but that is typical of Springhill. Very nice stay.

Great location. Lots of shopping. Coco's real close Great coffee. The hotel was clean. Friendly people. It was full that sat. night so at breakfast they opened a meeting room where people could eat. Breakfast had everything you would wait. I like make your own waffles. The indoor pool was small but in the middle of winter it was nice.

Springhill Suites is well-suited for the business traveler. The room had a separate workstation/desk area with a comfortable desk chair and sitting area. There was a large flat-screen that could be seen from the sitting and bed area. The decor was modern, vaguely Japanese and quite soothing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is located near the... More

Nice hotel in Flagstagg near I-40 & I-17, easy walk to eateries and Walmart, other shopping. Room could have been cleaner & advised staff of dome issues which they took care of immediately. Breakfast is ok, don't look for pancake house style food
