Friendly and helpful staff, spacious guest rooms, food is good, decor and ambiance is great! Only downside is that the restaurant staff needs major improvement- inattentive, extremely slow. Other than that I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

When Tom Brady made a remark about Buffalo Hotels, he never stayed at The Doubletree Guest Suites! it is indeed one of the best! Thee staff is friendly and efficient the location is great and the rooms are wonderful!

Not the most secure part of town and the valet parking is unacceptable. The parking garage was across the road yet a half mile was added to my odometer each day. I feel my car was taken for a ride. My car was NOT available at the time requested.

This is an excellent place to stay in Buffalo, especially if you have business at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute which is 5 minutes walk away, or linked underground in case of bad weather. Clean, comfortable, efficient, perfect for a working or holiday stay.
