I have been staying here for years! LOVE IT. So close to all the area shops, restaurants, tennis, etc. Walking distance to so many great spots. Brian, the owner, couldn't be nicer or more helpful. He knows so much about the area and has given us many great suggestions on local things to do. The rooms are spacious / he... More

I had a nice stay at the Burbank Rose. It was the best location. Right downtown. I was so close to the hotspots. The innkeeper Brian is friendly and knows so much about the area. He sent us to all the good spots. It is a very old Inn so it is quirky and cute. It was very clean. Great... More

I went over the 4th of July with my boyfriend and another couple and stayed in one of the large rooms upstairs. It was extremely spacious and even included a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. We swapped sleeping arrangements so that each couple had one night in the seperate bedroom. It's the perfect location- you are right downtown, and... More

Brian, the proprietor, couldn't have been more helpful- from places to eat, the bar scene, beaches to historic landmarks! My cousin and I enjoyed our stay in this relaxing and inviting B&B! (The eye candy was Brad!)

The Burbankrose was our savings grace as we looked for a last minute room on July 4th. Located just a few blocks from the waterfront & restaurants the propriorter, Brian connected us to local owners of hot spots which ensured us a great time. The Inn was so comfortable, cozy and charming and Bryan was so nice. The rooms were... More

Mike and I always enjoy our stays at the Burbankrose, Newport, RI. We find it to be a very romantic, quaint bed and breakfast. A nice getaway to enjoy each other's company.

The Burbankrose is within walking distance of most everything from food to activities. The famous mansions are just a few minutes drive from the inn. Brian, our host, was very knowledgeable about the area. His suggestions about restaurants and attractions were spot on. The continental breakfasts were sumptious, the accommodations cozy and Brian was the perfect gentleman host.

In the middle of August, we decided on the spur of the moment to spend a couple of days in Newport that very same week. I looked up every B&B online but could find no vacancies, or only very expensive rooms of more than $300.00 a night. Finally I came across the "Burbank Rose" which did have a vacancy for... More

We chose the BurbankRose because of the location...though we were skeptical since most places mention that they are walking distance to everything and they are usually not. This Inn was very close to everything we needed. I stayed in the "wicker room" which was far too bright and cheery for my tastes, but after reading one of the other reviews,... More
