Definitely would stay here again. Awesome view on the 31st floor of Waikiki beach. One of the most comfortable beds ever, and I'm very picky. We liked the bathroom with the windows, there are blinds. Pool area is excellent and the free wifi was handy. A microwave would have been nice. Otherwise, can't complain.

Just had a 10 night stay here. Room ok....not sure about the glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom. Not practical if someone has to get up in the middle of the night. Air con was awful.....either too hot or too cold. Spoke to other friends of our also staying here and they had the same prob with the... More

Have just spent a wonderful week here relaxing in Honolulu after first spending a week in San Francisco. Check in staff were very friendly and gave us a room on the 18th floor with an ocean view, which was nice. On the first night we ate in the hotel restaurant MAC24/7 which was very good and then had a few... More

Had a choice of Hilton Hawaiian Village or here. Great choice. Executive floor spectacular ocean view. Pleasantly surprised at healthy variety breakfast in Executive lounge in lower level. Front desk staff friendly and very accomodating. Used other Trip Advisor review to park right across street for $12/day at Banyan Hotel. Lunch at poolside exceeded expectations as serving size and quality... More

I have stayed many times at this property with many different management companies. This hotel is now managed by Hilton. The hotel is well kept with a good housekeeping staff also has a 24/7 restaurant (diner) on the premise. The rooms have been upgrade to fit today’s standards. For my needs, I prefer a high floor facing the ocean with... More

I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. I'm a Hhonors gold member and during check-in, I had to ask about breakfast/evening reception. Then was told by the front desk person that there was no breakfast. Yet when I went down to the evening reception that night, I saw that they did have breakfast. Maybe she was new... I personally like... More

First, thank you for the review and thank you for staying with us on your travels. I am elated to hear that you enjoyed the executive lounge, once you found out what was down there… We will use this as a training opportunity for the new agents that we have just brought on board. Apologies that they were not armed... More

This is a wonderful place to stay in Waikiki, which is a place that's not really worth going super high end. All the interest in the area is the shopping, the beach, and the sights rather than a place you're going to spend a lot of time on hotel property. The rooms are clean, nicely renovated and service is friendly.... More

This hotel is slightly back from the beach although our 'partial sea view' room had a great view. The room was descent size and very good standard, the outdoor pool on the 10th floor was great. The fitness room was ok for a hotel having both cardio equipment and some weights. Was surprised that WiFi was not available in our... More

I had 5 nights in March and enjoyed my stay in this functional Hotel. In typical Hilton style the Hotel was welcoming and the rooms were supurb with extremely comfy beds. The location is one block back from the beach which is no issue and a 10 minute walk to all the hustle bustle of Waikiki. I enjoyed the fact... More

I've been trying several different hotels around the Waikiki Beach area (up to 5 so far) The Hilton Waikiki Beach is my favorite so far. Hiltons always offer great beds and nice rooms - this hotel was even better. I took a mountain view room which was cheaper and still could see beautiful rainbows from my lanai (balcony) after a...
