These are timeshare units run by Shell Vacations Hospitarlity which have 80 or so units out of about 400. You can not preselect the floor level nor side where your unit is located. had a very nice stay, same building as Ilikai hotel, Staff and concierge very helpful.Transportation for major activities comes right to front of building. Free WiFi was great.Had Junior Lanai Suite and were quite comfortable
