We've been back every Christmas since 2007 and we may still visit this year..
The stay was good but not great. The staff is still great! The breakfast buffe is bigger but I'm not sure it has added value. The really appreciated coconut syrup is gone... sad - they were the highlight on the waffles!
The beds really need changing....

My partner and I arrived at this Best Western hotel and the check-in process was going smoothly until I tried to use an upgrade coupon. The hotel had sent me this right after booking months prior. The hotel was super clean, had a very comfortable room, a friendly staff, served a good breakfast, with valet parking (you pay), in the middle of Waikiki and close to an assortment of good restaurants. We liked it and would stay there again.
