We arrived late in the evening and the staff was fabulous at meeting our needs and making us feel at home. Will stay here again. The parking was a $20 per day. The standard parking lot down the street is not overnight. (Even though reviews say it is)

The room was clean. we were on the 23rd floor. everything worked. housekeeping was excellent. the only thing I found was the room was noisy at night with the windows opened. The morning with the windows open were excellent with a fantastic view of the ocean. Staff at the front desk were very helpful.

My husband and I are regular visitors to Oahu and we would never ever stay anywhere else but the Monarch, great location and helpful friendly staff. We will be booking again for next year with our children and their children, we only ever book through the Aston Monarch and have never been disappointed.

We(2 adults, 2 kids) stayed. We got 4 keys. One of them didn't work at parking lot. One of them didn't work at Lobby door. another didn't work at my room/ Terrible.

These are privately rented studios and are excellent value, the owner was very helpful from the initial enquiry and throughout out stay. The rooms are fantastic, great views tastefully decorated and provide all sorts of extras e.g beach towels,beach chairs, surfboard and snorkeling gear. We arrived at this hotel at 9:30 pm. We had requested a deluxe suite, upon entering the room we found it to be extremly small. Rooms and location were good. BUT hotel staff were terrible. We requested 2 rooms next to each other (travelling with a child) and when we got there after 27 hrs travelling our rooms were not even on the same floor let alone next to each other. We had to pay another$300 per room to get what we originally asked for.... More

We could not have asked for anything more...Clean rooms, thought out amenities, and fantastic views from our rooms (1903 and 3103) !!!. We stayed at the APM March 15th to March 22nd. Have absolutely NO negative comments. I was a little concerned with some reviews but told myself "You can't please everyone all the time".
