Our return visit was just a great as before. HSKP service was very good as well as Turndown service. New bath amenities were great. Room Service quality of food could be better. Food was cold and "very well toasted" hamburger buns. We will be back . . .

This is a first class hotel located at the entrance of Waikiki beach, near the Ala Moana park. This is a perfect spot since it is quiet and the hotel provides a free shuttle . Great views for sure and impeccable service.

Hotel is a little older. While the accommodations were nice everything is pricy. Staff was top notch. View was great of the harbor and we enjoyed watching the boats come and go.
