What a beautiful resort. The staff was so helpful when the airline lost our luggage--they went the extra mile to try to help locate it. Jeffrey Apaka's show is THE BEST!!!! A wonderful way to while away a couple hours on Sunday from 4-6, with a tasty Lychee cooler in your hand...mmmmm....We enjoyed every day of our 2 weeks there,... More

After reading the reviews on tripadvisor, I booked in the Ali tower. As the other reviewers mentioned, yes, it would be nice for this tower to be updated, but they are in the process of doing that, so don't worry. Check in/Check out was no problem in the Ali tower. At check out, the hotel will give you a changing... More

I stayed at this Hotel as part of a Post Cruise package. This place is literally like a city. So many shops and restaurants to choose from, you literally wouldn't have to leave the property for your entire stay. There are many towers to choose from ranging in $$$. I was at a older tower because of the cruise package.... More

The resort is very large and very busy, you need to get in early at the pools to get a chair. Every five metres there seems to be a booth about Hilton Time Share Accomodation (nothing new in waikiki, the whole place is one big advertisment for timeshare). We were not interested but we went to one presentation just so... More

We wanted to go somewhere for lunch, so we went to the beachfront restaraunt. Everywhere you sit, you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Service is awesome; staff is so friendly. On Thursday/Friday's around 5pm, there is live acoustic music played. We sat down in front of the stage. If you ever have a chance to listen to Johnny... More

We just got back from Oahu and I must say, it is the most beautiful place ever! We stayed in the Tapa Tower at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the room was amazing! We had an ocean view and it was breathtaking! I was so pleased with the customer service! We had read some skeptical reviews before going and was... More

We stayed in the rainbow tower back in November 2010, and it was of course pleasant and beautiful because it's the Hilton right on the beach, but the service was lacking. The front desk service was rude, probably because we were just 18 having a blast in Hawaii but they could have at least slapped a little aloha on their... More

Comprehensive resort offering varying accommodation with multiple pools, bar and restaurants and right on the beach. You can walk to both the heart of Waikiki and Ala Moana but there is a frequent and inexpensive bus at the door if you don't choose to. Every Friday night they let of fireworks on the beach and is work a look. We... More

So much for the honor of being a Hilton Honors member. Honors' members wait in line longer - can only have two towel cards per room and must be reminded constantly that if the cards are not returned you will be charged $10 for each. Why not just charge us an extra twenty dollars if this is such a big... More

I stayey at the HHV resort for 4 nights the end of April 2012. The resort is huge and has thousands of visitors staying thier at any one time. There is at least 5 different towers to chose to stay in. We chose the Rainbow which was resently refurbished and very nice. We had a ocean view room that was... More
