This hotel had nice, comfortable, clean rooms; free wifi; beach towels; in-room safe; in-room coffee. After we had checked out, we went to the beach, since we had hours before our flight. They provided us with a Hospitality Room to change in, and they kept our luggage safe.

Have stayed here before in early 2010. This Hotel is ok for its age. The rooms are good value considering how close they are to Wakiki Beach. Have small bathrooms but if you dont spend a lot of time in the room, the cost for its location is great. Just near International Markets and less than 5 mins walk to... More

No....I'd run from this place. Kind of gross. We checked in for a one night stay (thank goodness only one night-one night too long) and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The room was so tiny and the bathroom even smaller. The decor, "services", and staff were all very depressing and not friendly or welcoming at all. Front... More

We stayed for 2 nights in May (should have been 3 nights but our flight was cancelled) service at check-in & out was very efficient & friendly. Our bed & pillows were very comfortable. Still no electric jug in room so if you drink tea wash the coffee perculator out first to remove the smell/taste of coffee & just heat... More

This was our second time staying at the Ohana East, and we chose to stay here again due to our satisfactory stay previously, its location in Waikiki. We again arrived at the hotel, and were allowed to check-in early. This time around, we booked a 'Standard' room, and a specific room assigned to us wasn't ready, so we were given... More

The staff was too friendly, the cleaness was perfect, the location was very fine too, near everywhere. The pool was good. But they don´t have breakfast.

Waikiki is a zoo. Mostly because of the hoards or people and high priced hotels. The OHANA family of hotels is a major player in Waikiki and it seems they have a hotel on every block. This is one of those hotels. It is NOT on the beach, it is about 2 short blocks away. Not too bad a walk... More

We have stayed at the Ohana East four times now. Once with our children when they were younger, and three times on our own. The East could do with a bit of a spruce up to be fair, its a bit tired. But thats its only "fault". It is barely one block from the sea, and we have learnt to... More

We stayed on the 15th floor with a view of the ocean and Kings Village. The first night our neighbor talked on the phone late at night and we could hear every word he said. This was our only complaint about noises from adjacent rooms other than slammng doors at all hours was also a bit of a problem. Probably... More

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed it. So close to Waikiki beach and all the shopping you could ever want. The rooms could do with some updating but were comfortable for us weary travelers from Aussie. The counter staff were very friendly and helpful. Never tried the pool area but it looked clean and inviting. We had... More
