My mom and I stayed here for 3 days and it was so much fun. We walked everywhere and just loved every minute of it. It could not have been a more friendly relaxed atmosphere. Good food, good entertainment ( we watched from our room balcony), good times. No complaints at all. Truly a perfect stay. Mahalo!

Recently spent 8 nights at this Hotel and after reading several reviews about the rooms was a bit apprehensive but found the rooms to be of ample size with comfortable bed and terrific views from verandah, what more could you ask for. Service was friendly and informative. Location was great for shopping, eating out or hanging at the beach. One... More

My husband and I visited Honolulu for a week in early May. While the staff is quite friendly, and our room was clean enough, the facilities need a complete renovation. PROS: Good location Near the beach Friendly Staff Great Buffet Workout Facilities CONS: Old rooms, decor Garage distance to rooms

Great location, is a little worn down, bit like the airport, wasn't a bad hotel you get what you pay for. Great location close to shops and the beach, pool a little small especially when really busy, our room had a nice view of the beach, down side bloody birds at breakfast, every time you left your table, they fly... Took incredibly long time to check in. Was forced to upgrade and pay extra to receive two beds which had been part of our reservation. Bartender barked at me when I went to poolside bar to order a drink, after another person had cut in front of me. Then he said he was really busy and the server would bring... More

I was pleasantly surprised at the proximity to shopping. restaurants and the beach ( Waikiki is a very crowded beach ). The staff were friendly, beds were very comfortable, but the decor is very tired and furniture well used. I spent very little time in the room due to my conference. The food was not great and I did not... More

Awesome location! Would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff. Pool a little small but who cares about it when you have Waikiki 2-min walk away. Elevators get a little crowded during certain hours but not a deal breaker. Overall great experience!

I forgot to put this review on, but, we stayed in May-June 2011. The location for this hotel is perfect, you don't get much better for Waikiki Beach. As some of the other reviews mention, the rooms are a little older and one day could do with an upgrade. However, most hotels in the main are of Waikiki are like... More

The hotel is right next to the International Marketplace and is right across from the beach so the location is great. It's an older hotel but the room was basic and comfortable, had the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds (which I liked). The room had a safe and fridge and we had a balcony with an ocean view. The air conditioning... More

Stayed three nights for business travel - you get the standard room layout that most frequent travelers could sketch with their eyes closed! Positives included location, friendly staff, large fitness room, and great Hawaiian Coffee cabana on site. Negatives included the need for a room remodel, rather uninspiring food choices, and street noise at night. Overall not bad for the... More
