In town for last minute getaway for 40th birthday. All public areas of the hotel were clean and nicely furnished. Room was clean and all linens smelled fresh. This hotel has the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever encountered. I had noise issues with other guests and received a room change quickly. The only issue I had here was with the intermittent internet connection.

Our team was here for a baseball tournament and the staff couldn't have been more accomodating! They were extrememly friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The food was always plentiful and hot. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling. Sally at the front desk was awesome!!

This is a most comfortable and convenient location for travel around southern Ohio. I have never seen a cleaner room or bathroom - really appreciated. Rooms were well appointed, quiet, friendly staff. Full hot breakfast. Highly recommend this location.

I have stayed at this hotel many times while in Cincinnati visiting family. The front desk staff was very nice and the hotel was fine. However, the charge of $10 per day per electronic device for wifi is unfair and I personally will be changing to another chain that offers free wifi.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn on April 20, 2013. Desk staff was courteous and helpful in the check-in and check-out process. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was ample and delicious. The location is convenient to the I-275 outerbelt and the entire east side of Cincinnati.

Hotel staff were all so sweet and accommodating and welcoming. Had a huge breakfast selection. I was able to move rooms to a double bed instead of a king size....& I forgot my laptop and they mailed it back in a box concealed in bubble wrap right away. Recommended! :)
