This was the worst hotel ever! The halls smelled of urine, the bathroom was filthy, drapes were also filthy with blood stains on them, crumbs/cigarette butts on the floor and under the bed, extremely dusty and smokey. I usually stay on the second floor. This time I was given a room on the first floor. The difference is very noticeable. The rooms smelled and were not cleaned. There was hair in the bed and multiple cigarette burns

+ve 1) Reasonable location 2) Low costs 3) OK Breakfast 4) Big room, with a fridge + nice bed -ve 1) "Business centre" = 1 x computer with a slow, poor output printer 2) Grubby, depressing looking lobby, elevator & corridor areas. 3) Road noise is audible I wouldn't stay again.
