I've stayed at Under the Eaves 3 times now, and each time I love it more. You can't beat the location, in the center of the town of Springdale, and the grounds of the Inn are lovely. The rooms aren't large but are decorated nicely and super comfortable. Breakfast at Oscar's is delicious. But what makes this inn unique are... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Got free coffee on arrival (and afterwards), booked a small but beautiful room, stayed there for three great nights. Walls are thin (you hear the other guests), but this is normal for an old house. Got good advice on how to spend our day in the park and where to have... More

We spent 7 nights at Under the Eaves. Both Mark and Joe, our hosts, were most personable showing great interest in all our adventures. They dubbed us their "hikingest" guests ever. Our room was modest in size but perfectly functional for us. Plus, they have a nice, grassy back yard, dining room and living room all accessible to the guests.... More

My fiancé and I stayed in the "Hikers Room" in the basement of the small cottage in the background. We were looking for something inexpensive, yet clean, safe, and charming. It met all of our criteria and then some! The hosts were incredible! They treated us as if we were well established friends and gave us great advice and reviews... More

Joe & Mark are wonderful hosts to this warm and inviting B&B. This wonderful B&B is filled with furnishings that invite lazily sipping on coffee for long conversations. The garden has covered swings, a fountain frequented by sweet singing birds, tables & chair & even a hammock, surrounded by pretty flowers, angelic sculptures & grass to sink your toes into.... More

A friend and I stayed 3 nights in the Hikers' Room at Under the Eaves. Though the room was on the small side, the two single beds were comfortable and had great storage drawers under both. Bathroom was spacious, everything very clean, lovely commons areas indoors and out. I enjoyed the hammock in the back garden with its view to... More

Just visited Zion w/ my two teenage sons and stayed at Under the Eaves. Mark and Joe, the innkeepers, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They gave us great advice about hikes, restaurants, and other attractions around the area. Mark was great in helping me by phone when I got completely lost on a dirt road trying to get to the... We five sisters stayed in the upstairs spacious suite for our getaway trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon Parks. The location was perfect for visiting both parks. But even more perfect was the large upstairs suite which took up the entire upper level of the home. Spacious, comfortable, well furnished, gorgeous views, close to shops and restaurants, private and quiet...all... More

We stayed here over President's weekend and once again Joe and Mark were wonderful hosts. They provided hiking suggestions, restaurant choices and any info we inquired about. The house is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice and tastefully decorated. I notice new items everytime I visit. Thanks Mark and Joe for a memorable weekend!

We recently spent a long weekend at this wonderful B & B run by Mark and Joe and had an absolutely wonderful time. We had to get out of the cold and smog up north and this was exactly what we needed-clean and warm with spectacular hiking and unbelievable views. This is a place not to be missed!
