A good place for U and your family to stay in with a ski behind U and I enjoyed my stay there thou I missed out the chance to ski cuz the next morning I was greeted with snow. Oh well, that's was a great and pleasure morning. We even walk under the snow to the nearby restaurant for our... More

I wanted a hotel close to Yong Pyang skiing and this was the only hotel available. I guess that I know why now. The hotel itself is fantastic as you would expect from the price and brand. It is in the Alpensia resort that has a small amount of simple skiing but the real skiing is one valley over in... More

Spent 5 days there during Chinese New Year. Got a last minute deal from hotel website for a superior room at a decent price. The hotel is 3 hours away from Incheon Airport. Since our flight arrived late afternoon we wouldnt be able to catch the public airport limousine. I emailed the hotel to ask about transfer options and the... More

Stayed for two nights, it was truley average for a five star hotel, we skiid Yongpyong and had to take a taxi for 12,000 Won each way because the shuttle runs only twice per day. The food was bad, the breakfast very disappointing and recycled from the night before or the day before. The room was nice, more English would... More

My boyfriend and i stayed there between 2-4 Jan 2012. Upon check in, the staff that served us seems to know little English but she communicate to us quite effectively through writing. When we wanted to check out more information on the later dates as well as to reserve bus seats back to Seoul, we were served by very nice... More

OK, so it's Korea and you can't really figure out anything for certain by reading what's there, and calling the hotel is even less help. Sound familiar? So, here's the actual detail on Alpensia, and this hotel: o Alpensia is NOT Yongpyong. What you are reading is the only place on earth that will tell you that clearly. Yongpyong is... More

Stayed at intercontinental for 2 nights. N I LOVE IT. It is like a mini village. 5min walk to ski area, eatery and convenience store. And less than 10min walk to the water park. Holiday inn is right next to the ski area however I would still choose Intercontinental as it is definitely more luxe. The lobby with a fireplace... More

Spacious, well equipped and very clean rooms. Great location, gorgeous view. The room temperature control works like a charm. Big comfy bed too. Room service is good. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and warm; however, they do need to really improve their English. Excellent breakfast selection. Very cheap wifi. Speed is good enough. Great location. The shops... More
