A great budget option. $25 per night with basic breakfast. Close to the beach and local restaurants. I checked out most of the budget options, and james place clean, tidy and good value. Has a bar and the staff are helpful.

Since all Nungwi resorts were fully booked we ended up at James' guest house, 'the backpacker's' paradise'. The girls in our company were not amused and had visions of cockroach infested rooms.
