In city with couple of very expensive options, this one seems like a value for money. Dinning room is cozy and food was good, mostly businessmen around (oil/gas). Rooms are nice for KZ standards, TV channels are diverse and staff helpful. Location is ok. I arrived late evening so they charge me half of the price for first night.
