The place is very accessible to the mall, convenient store, salon, siliman, boulevard. Its clean and we had the best accommodation and slept very well. The staff are nice, friendly and accomodating. Its a budget hotel yet worth it.

we stayed here here for a few nights in january. Everything in the rooms is dated but atleast everything works, wi-fi,tv & shower. Bed is good & its also quiet so no problems sleeping. Staff on reception & cafe professional & friendly..So overall good value..

It was last October 2010 that I was assigned in Dumaguete, and stayed at World View pension Plaza. The place was accessible and their amenities are still in good condition. Yes, they are right, breakfast is free and your just going to be satiated with the "silog". All in all, it's worth your money to stay there.

Although they're not as classy as an 'expensive hotel' should be, the place would surely still promise you a good night sleep and accommodation that is budget-friendly and 'worth every penny'. stayed here a number of times. very affordable and accessible. close to silliman u, shops and the boulevard. staff are friendly, efficient, and considerate. however, the aircon is a bit noisy (needs to be replaced, get samsung--it's quieter). the noise from outside is a pain in the neck. windows need to be replaced with sliding doors (dont use jalousies).

The said property is in a very good location, just beside a pharmacy, computer cafe,... Also walking distance to the University, malls and most especially to dumaguete best known Boulevard. Front Office: They are accommodating, Helpful and obliging. The Rooms are clean in a way and the beds are comforting...Room rates are ok for backpackers and alike.
