I found this guesthouse on an Infosite about Dumaguete when planning the trip. Since this was a new building, it was very clean and was in a very quiet location. “It is 8 minutes walking distance to Beach! 10 minuts to downtown.Very peasful.The staff is polite and helpfull”

I loved it there.Very clean(hotel almost new).Only 8 minutes walking distance to Beach and 10 minuts to downtown(by tricycle).Staff is friendly,polite and helpful! No noise at night(or day) very peasful place and safe neighberhood. The price is as good as could be. I would stay there again in future if I travel to Dumaguete.

We stayed at this hotel for one night (Nov. 4,2011). We are a group of 8 people. We got one deluxe room (800 pessos) and a family room (850 pesos plus 150 for the extra mattress). I've been to bolmon guesthouse together with my friends the place nice,cozy far from noise...and the staff are very accomodating.Wish I could visit that place again.
