My fourth visit of this hotel, first after renovation. Nice, big and clean hotel in the downtown of Sandanski. If u look for “big fun” go somewhere else because this is very quit place, mostly for relaxing, with excellent swimming pool and spa. we were there before the renovation,and visited now.There is made a good enterier renovation,probably they spent a lot of money so they try to save some money.How?The temperature in swimming pool is 2-3 degrees lower than before the renovation.

Very nice, clean room and bathroom. (Luxury room) Splendid view over the town. Staff is helpfull, some speak English, others French. But who cares, this is Bulgaria (plenty of English speaking countries if that is what you're after. Very good spa and beauty treatments, at democratic prices.

The hotel has been recently renovated. Rooms look much nicer than before, esp. bathrooms. New LCD's, beds, AC works just fine. Pool area upgraded w/ new tiles, new outdoor kiddie pool, new sauna. Reasonable prices at pool bar, coffee shop, restaurant, and inside room bar.

Excellent area near town center and shopping, swimming pool was amazing, breakfast and dinner very good. Excellent and polite staff, comfortable and clean rooms.

I passed there the Christmas vacances. The hotel is situated in a very good place near the park and the city. The attraction of the hotel is the indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water (which I enjoyed very much) and the spa. The stuff speaks at least english and greek(!). Only two of the dozen or more staff were nice: all the rest were grim faced and almost impertinent. Rude, definitely!!
