We stayed at Medite for a week in January and we had a very relaxing vacation, stuff very polite, spa center well facilitated. Calm and friendly atmosphere. The meals in the restaurant delicios though a bit expensive.
We stayed at the relatively new Aparthotel next to the main hotel. The studio had an adequate main room and bed, and a lovely veranda with great view of the mountains and city (see pic). The studio had a kitchenet, but there were almost no kitchen utensils (eg no pots, plates, knives, and only a few forks, spoons, small cups...

Family travel with a kid 2y. Overall good hotel, very good SPA center and good indoor pool. Looks like having a good outdoor bar for the summer nights. But it is very very expensive (rooms and SPA procedures) compared to what is normal for Bulgaria. It is not brand new anymore and there are things not working properly or broken...

That didn't discourage us from taking the 07:00 train from Salonika (Thessaloniki Greece) and arriving 3 hours later at the lobby of...

I have heard a lot of superlatives about this hotel and finally decided to check it by myself. The hotel architecture is really interesting and colorful.
Our room was on the first floor but it was smelling on cigarettes. However, this was not such an issue.
The spa center is nice but the only thing that is included in your...
