Wonderful and Beautiful place to stay, loved sitting on the patio sipping wine looking out over the vineyards. The hosts Massimo and Patrizia are AMAZING and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The food is superb and the apartment is lovely and beautifully decorated and just feels really good...Very clean. This is a place... More

This one of my best experience in all my travels. Massimo and Patrizia were wonderful. Loved the food we cooked, learned so much about how our enviroment influences when and how we should eat. It was a not just a cooking lesson but full of life lessons! It has changed the way we will eat forever! Loved the rustic farmhouse... More

My husband and I choose to stay at Paneretta because of the location amidst the vineyards, close to Florence, and the cooking classes offered. It turned out to be the right place for us to stay! We were welcomed by the owners Patrizia and Massimo and really felt relaxed right away. The cooking class was terrific; we not only learned... More

The terrific reviews that you read about Patrizia and Massimo's cooking lessons at Castello Della Paneretta are so true but the experience itself has to be lived to be believed. We drove to this rustic farmhouse from our villa in San Quirico with high expectations and we were not disappointed. Our hosts immediately engaged with our 10 year old daughter... More

We spent 4 nights at agriturismo castello della paneretta and it was the highlight of our 3 wk trip to Italy! Patrizia, Massimo and Franscesca welcomed us into their home for a wonderful cooking class one night as well as several other nights for dinner - we kept coming back because we liked it so much! If you want fresh... More

The day we spent with Patrizia and Massimo was the highlight of a two week stay in the Chianti area of Tuscany. We had marvelous food and many laughs as we learned about the "Italian way" from Patrizia. We came home with recipes, wonderful memories of great food and the feeling that we had a peak into a true Italian... More

My husband and I did the cooking day with Patrizia and Massimo and it was the highlight of our time in Tuscany. We learned to make homemade biscotti, ravioli, and stuffed pork loin, bruscetta, a vegetable side dish. My husband swears it was the best meal we had the whole 3 weeks we were in Italy! Patrizia and Massimo are... More

To say that our cooking class with Patrizia and Massimo during our honeymoon trip to Italy taught us to cook would be an understatement. We learned to cook biscotti, ravioli, etc... It was fantastic fun, so delicious, and very relaxing. We also learned about how health, relationships and happiness can all be strengthened by being intentional about what we eat,... More

This was our first stop in a 2-week tour of Tuscany. The view from the apartment down the road from the main house was stunning. Drawbacks were the sound of a chainsaw and only one of three showers in our communal apartment worked beyond a trickle of hot or a flood of ice cold water. You'll need to bring your... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Paneretta during our first trip to Italy. I cannot imagine experiencing Tuscany any other way. Massimo and Patrizia were fantastic hosts in every sense. Dining with them was a pleasure not just for the outstanding food, but for the conversation and perspectives that you can only get around the dinner table and over... More
