This was a lovely hotel. Great staff, very clean and simple rooms. Note: this hotel is a little outside of the main town - it was an easy 10 minute to walk into town. We thought it was nice because we got to explore the neighborhood and stay in a more residential area.

We stayed here for one night en route to Madrid from Bordeaux and it was such a dleightful experience that we booked to stay on the way back as well. Hotel Jaizkibel was great.  It was extremely well kept, offered a great breakfast and had very helpful staff.  The room (and bathroom specifically) were a good size and a pleasure to relax in.  There is also a roof deck that is very inviting.  My girlfriend and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The staff are absolutely first class. I had to change my dates coming and going-all accomplished immediately and with no fuss. Hotel in quiet residential location but close to everything. Tarif includes room, breakfast and parking. Spotless and comfortable hotel and rooms with all you need. Staff are attentive and speedy and knowledgeable-nothing is too much trouble. Would stay again and definitely recommend.
