The accommodation is kept in excellent order, the rooms are very spacious and the food was great. A special touch was all the silverware at breakfast from ocean liners. In a commanding position overlooking the bay.

I brought my elderly father on a trip to the Isle of Man and we chose to stay for 3 nights at the Rowany Cottier guesthouse, based on the favourable Trip Advisor reviews. What a good decision. We had a large twin room at the front of the house overlooking the bay and the Calf of Man in the distance....

We stayed at this lovely B&B for three nights and wished it could have been more. It was spotlessly clean, really clean. Everything was top quality. Lovely large rooms and bathrooms. Beds were so comfy. Cracking breakfast and the kippers were wonderful. Heather was a lovely lady, never met her husband, but he is a great breakfast maker! On site...

My wife and I travelled to the Isle of Man from Heysham, at 1415hrs on Monday 25th October 2010 arriving in Douglas just before sunset. We drove down to Port Erin where we had booked bed and breakfast at Rowany Cottier, a superb guest house between the golf course and the bay. The building itself is a little over ten...

This is an excellent value for money guest house in a wonderful location. Clean and friendly, superb breakfasts, home made bread and Manx kippers to order! Early breakfast tray left outside our room as we were catching an early ferry. Would definitely return.
Stayed three nights. Room overlooked Poert erin and South. Beautiful view. Owner (Heather) very welcoming and friendly. We had a twin room which was large and very clean, good TV and decently sized bathroom. Memory foam beds though which I am not really used to and don't find entirely comfortable.
Breakfast very good with nice home made bread.

A perfect place to stay in Port Erin. The house is at the top of the bay at Spaldrick near Bradda Glen in a very quiet location. The beds were excellent quality and very comfortable. The Manx Breakfast was cooked to perfection and we ate with Sheffield made cutlery, an true indication of the quality of the guest house!! I...

Very high standard room facilities and decor. Homely hostess and good location for coastal walks. Port Erin has good restaurants and small shops and is at the terminus of the railway to Douglas.
We recently spent 3 nights at the Rowany Cottier and can thoroughly recommend it. Our room was spacious, very well appointed, comfortable and with a superb view across the bay. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of traditional English, Manx Kippers or smoked haddock as well as the usual cereal, plenty of tea/coffee and copious supplies of toast.
